Dr. Sergio Rauchwerger

Founder & Prosthodontist

Dr. Rauchwerger founded Smile Designs with a clear vision: not just for the care he'd deliver, but for the team he'd build around it. He's spent his career mastering the cases most dentists refer out: full-mouth reconstructions, complex implant work, TMJ disorders, smiles that other offices called "too far gone." But he'll tell you the thing he's most proud of isn't a case, it's the practice itself. He finds and trains the best talent, holds them to the same standard he holds himself, and is building something designed to outlast him.

Trained at NYU College of Dentistry, she brings a level of precision and aesthetic sensibility to general dentistry that most patients don't expect from a routine visit, and that's exactly why her patients keep coming back.

Her philosophy is refreshingly simple: don't do more than what's needed. She takes a conservative approach to treatment, which means she'll never recommend a procedure you don't actually need. What she will do is make sure you understand exactly what's going on, because she believes an informed patient makes better decisions about their own health. From pediatric care to adult restorative work, Dr. Vasserman treats patients across every age and stage.
