Doug Sunshine has spent nearly a decade at Align Technology — the company that makes Invisalign — first as a Regional Sales Manager, now as Senior Regional Sales Manager across South Florida. He calls on orthodontists and general dentists for a living. He knows what a good practice looks like. He's been a patient at Smile Designs for over a decade.
What the industry looks for
Doug isn't easily impressed. In his work, he sees how doctors present treatment plans, how offices are run, how patients are handled. He noticed something at Smile Designs that stood out.
