Fillings
What it is: A filling repairs a tooth damaged by decay. We remove the damaged area, clean it, and fill it with a material that restores the tooth's shape and function. We use tooth-colored composite fillings so the repair blends in, no one will know it's there.
Who is it for: Patients with cavities or minor tooth damage. Often caught during a routine exam. The earlier we find it, the simpler the fix.
Crowns
What it is: A crown is a custom-made cap that fits over a damaged or weakened tooth, restoring its strength, shape, and appearance. Think of it as a protective shell that lets you use the tooth normally again: biting, chewing, smiling, all of it.
Who is it for: Patients with a cracked, heavily decayed, or worn-down tooth. Also used after a root canal, or to complete an implant. If a filling isn't enough to hold the tooth together, a crown usually is.
Core Build Up
What it is: When a tooth has lost a significant amount of structure from decay, fracture, or old dental work, a core build-up reconstructs the foundation so a crown has something solid to sit on. It's the structural work that makes the crown possible.
Who is it for: Patients who need a crown but don't have enough healthy tooth left to support one on its own. It's often done in the same visit as the crown preparation.
Veneers
What it is: Veneers are thin, custom-made shells bonded to the front of your teeth. They transform the shape, size, color, and alignment of your smile, and because they're designed specifically for your face, the result looks natural, not "done."
Who is it for: Patients who want to change how their smile looks, whether it's discoloration, gaps, chips, uneven teeth, or a full smile makeover. If you've ever looked in the mirror and thought "I wish my teeth looked like…" this is that conversation.
Bleeching
What it is: Professional whitening that goes beyond what store-bought strips can do. We use clinical-grade products and customize the treatment to your tooth sensitivity and your desired shade. Brighter results, less guesswork, and done safely under professional supervision.
Who is it for: Patients who want noticeably whiter teeth, whether for a specific occasion or just because it's time. Works best on natural teeth without heavy restorations. We'll tell you honestly what's achievable.
Crown Lenghtening
What it is: Crown lengthening reshapes the gum and bone tissue around a tooth to expose more of the tooth's surface. It can be done for restorative reasons — making room for a crown to fit properly, or cosmetic reasons, like correcting a "gummy smile.”
Who is it for: Patients who need a crown but don't have enough exposed tooth for one to hold. Also for patients who feel their teeth look too short or their gums show too much when they smile.
Bridge
What it is: A dental bridge fills the gap left by one or more missing teeth. It anchors to the healthy teeth on either side of the gap and holds a replacement tooth (or teeth) in between. The result looks and functions like your natural teeth, no gaps, no shifting.
Who is it for: Patients missing one or more teeth who want a fixed (non-removable) solution. Bridges are a well-established option, especially when implants aren't the right fit for your situation.
Extraction
What it is: Sometimes the best thing for your overall health is to remove a tooth. Whether it's severely damaged, infected, or causing problems for surrounding teeth, extraction is a straightforward procedure, and often the first steps toward a better solution like an implant or bridge.
Who is it for: Patients with a tooth that can't be saved through other treatments, or a tooth that's causing pain, infection, or crowding. We'll always explore alternatives first and explain exactly why extraction is the right call.

What is a prosthodontist — and why does it matter?
