Stacy's Story
Gum disease and a smile she didn't love. Stacy came in with both. She no longer has either.

"I'm actually happy to come in for cleanings. That's a very rare thing."
Stacy lives across the street from Smile Designs. But it wasn't proximity that brought her in — it was a friend who came back from an appointment with a full set of veneers and wouldn't stop talking about Dr. Sergio.
She decided to see what they could do for her.
Two problems. Both solved.
Stacy came in with a specific goal: veneers on four teeth. She also came in with something she hadn't fully dealt with: gum disease.
Dr. Sergio treated both.
"When I came in, I was made to feel very comfortable, and I decided to go for it. And I'm thrilled."
The veneers got done. But the outcome that surprised her most was the other one.
"He has helped me to actually heal the gum disease. I no longer have it."
That's not a cosmetic result. That's a health one. And it's the kind of thing that happens when a prosthodontist looks at the whole picture, not just the presenting request.
A note from Dr. Sergio
Gum disease is something a lot of patients have been living with for years without realising how treatable it is. It's not a life sentence. But it does have to come first. If there's infection in the tissue, everything else we do is built on an unstable foundation and that's not fair to the patient. I'd rather slow down, do it right, and have someone leave here genuinely healthy than rush to the cosmetic work and have it not hold. The cleanings, the hygiene visits, the follow-through: that's not the boring part of dentistry, that's where the real outcomes happen.
Camille
Ask Stacy when she knew Smile Designs was her place, and she mentions two people. Dr. Sergio. And Camille, the hygienist who does her cleanings.
That combination of specialist-level dentistry and hygienists patients actually trust is what turns a single visit into a long-term relationship.
"I come in for cleanings and I'm actually happy to do that. That's a very rare thing in dentistry."
For anyone nervous
"Come in. Get the feel for the office. You're going to be thrilled that you're taking care of yourself. Your mouth is going to be healthy, and you're going to have a beautiful smile and feel good about it."
