Teeth whitening: This is a very popular cosmetic dentistry service among our patients. We offer both in-office teeth whitening Wellington

Dental Bonding
This is a fast, simple method of repairing minor flaws. Dental bonding can be matched to your normal tooth color and then be used to cover a tooth with severe staining, giving it a brighter appearance. Teeth Straightening
Realizing how many of his patients would like straighter teeth, Dr. Rauchwerger added Invisalign custom-made aligners to his practice. The first step in starting Invisalign treatment is a thorough examination and x-rays. A treatment plan is then developed and sent to Invisalign technicians who turn that treatment plan into a series of clear acrylic aligners. The patient receives a series of numbered aligners. Each one will be worn for about two weeks. This series of aligners gradually eases the teeth into their final positions. The great benefit to Invisalign treatment is that your friends may not even realize you are in the middle of teeth realignment because the aligners are practically invisible.
Dental Crowns
For some people, dental crowns are the best way to bring about cosmetic improvements because some visible teeth may be deeply fractured, severely chipped or otherwise damaged. A crown protects a tooth that has been weakened and that might break further. And, of course, a crown offers a beautiful, new appearance for any tooth. Dental crowns provide protection for weakened or damaged teeth or one that has received root canal therapy. With proper care, a crown can enable you to retain that tooth for the rest of your life.
Restorative Dentistry
Tooth-Colored Fillings
Most of our patients ask for tooth-colored fillings when there is decay that needs to be filled. These fillings will not darken with age like metal fillings will. And they provide a cleaner appearance. There is yet another major benefit to tooth-colored fillings: When placing a tooth-colored filling, less of the natural tooth will need to be drilled away during preparation. This is because this filling material bonds tightly to your natural tooth material; metal fillings do not. Therefore, the procedure will be faster and less uncomfortable. And we are always happy when we can preserve your natural tooth material.
Dental Onlays and Inlays
Onlays and inlays differ from tooth-colored fillings because they cover a larger area and they are manufactured outside the mouth. If you have a large surface area of a tooth that needs repair, the area of the tooth will be prepared and the lab will create a clean, white onlay or inlay to fit into that area. An inlay will cover a fairly large area of tooth and fit inside the points of the tooth (called “cusps”). An onlay will replace one or more of these cusps. In some cases, when replacing old, large metal fillings, an onlay or inlay is the best solution.
Dental Bridges
This is a time-tested and relatively fast method of replacing a missing tooth. First, the teeth on either side of one or two missing teeth are prepared as they would be for a crown. Then a bridge is created in a lab, consisting of the two crowns for the prepared teeth and clean, white porcelain replacement teeth in the middle. With care, your dental bridge can last for many years.

Dental implants
is the tooth replacement method now preferred by many of our patients. With this method, a slender titanium post is placed in the bone of the jaw in the location of the missing tooth. This post will substitute for the root of the tooth that is now missing. When it has fully healed and bonded with the bone of the jaw, a white crown matched to your other teeth will be attached to the top of the post. A dental implant can last the rest of your life and look, feel and act just like your natural teeth.
Complete And Partial Dentures
For some patients, the right solution for missing teeth is a denture. Dentures
can be partial, just replacing a few teeth, or they can be complete dentures, replacing all teeth. Dentures can now also be anchored to carefully-placed implants to eliminate slippage and enable our patients more flexibility in food choices.
Night Guards
When teeth need restoration because of nighttime teeth grinding, the solution will usually include night guards to be worn during sleep to prevent further damage.
